Het rayon Valkenburg van het verzet was gemakshalve ingedeeld volgens de grenzen van de parochies Valkenburg, Berg en Terblijt, Schin op Geul, Sibbe, Houthem-St.Gerlach, Houthem en Margraten, onder meer omdat de kerk de enige organisatie was, die tijdens de bezetting mocht voortbestaan. Met het rayon Klimmen bestond een enge samenwerking.
