Cloot-Prickaerts

Christine Cloot once asked someone (the city archivist of Heerlen?) to create her family tree. Are these documents the result? They were in the estate of her son Pierre Schunck. According to the family tradition, the order was given to find out with priority, whether there were noble ancestors, and allegedly it has been withdrawn after it became clear that there was someone that such a family normally is less proud of. The family may have laughed at it, but it was the beginning of ancestral research in our family.
