Nic Crapts
(Henricus Nicolaas)

Nic Crapts was a member of the White Brigade. [1]
While accompanying the first liberators on September 13, 1944, he was shot at from one of the last German machine gun nests from the heights of Caestert and mortally wounded.
Reburied with military honors in the cemetery at Tongerseweg (Field D, grave No. 7) on September 19, 1944, later moved to the honorary grave R2b. [2]
