The fallen resistance people in Limburg
Office worker, worked for the banned party newspaper De Waarheid [1], lived in Waubach. The sources do not agree on the spelling of the first and last name. Cammaert also gives a different date of death: 31 instead of 13 December. [2]
He was arrested on May 30, 1942 [6] or on May 31, 1942 in Ubach over Worms. [1][2]
On the site Digitaal Monument Neuengamme we read about Johann Kroll moreover:
Arrived September 25, 1942 from Amersfoort. Camp number 10334. [6]
Buried: Friedhof Ohlsdorf in Hamburg-Ohlsdorf, grave BP 74 38 5
Johan/Johann Krol/Kroll is listed in the Erelijst 1940-1945 (Honor Roll of the Dutch Parliament). [4]
